Duty to Inspect and Report Defects: The buyer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, transport damage, and obvious defects. Any defects found must be reported to us in writing via email to office@cerpur.com without delay, but no later than within 5 business days of receipt, ideally accompanied by photographic documentation. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. If the buyer fails to comply with this reporting obligation, the goods shall be deemed approved.
Handling of Defects: In the event of justified and timely complaints, we will, at our option, provide rectification or a replacement delivery.
The return of defect-free goods is strictly on a voluntary basis and requires our prior written consent. In the event of agreed goodwill returns, we reserve the right to charge a restocking or processing fee as well as the incurred transport costs.
